My name is Antoinette and I am the owner and founder of Mystic Healing LLC. I am a licensed massage therapist, certified reflexologist through Branch Reflexology Institute, and Reiki master.
It is my passion to offer a safe, calm, and restorative space where the body and mind are gently guided back into balance. My work is centered on therapeutic massage, reflexology, and reiki. Each session is designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and support your body's natural ability to heal. Whether you are seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional stress, or simply needing time to reconnect with yourself, my intention is to hold a peaceful space where you can fully exhale. Massage at Mystic Healing LLC is designed to gently guide your body out of stress and into relaxation. The goal is to calm the nervous system and quiet the fight or flight response. This allows the body to shift into a natural state of healing.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a science based on principles that reflex points in the feet and hands correspond with every part of the body including organs and glands. By applying pressure to these points, it promotes relaxation and encourages the body's natural healing process.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non invasive energy healing practice that supports balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Through the methods of light touch upon the body or with hands moving just above the body's surface, energy is guided to where it is needed most. This deeply calming experience can help quiet the mind, release energetic blockages, and restore a sense of inner peace and harmony.
